Travel: Mölnlycke National Sales Meeting 2023

AFTER REGISTERING

Once you've completed your registration, our Travel Planner, Ellen Roberts, will contact YOU to book your flights. Ellen will be in touch to arrange your flights. After ticketing, any business necessary changes to your flights must be approved. Any other change fees will be at your own expense.

Ground transportation will be provided from the Nashville International Airport for flights coming in until 2:00pm on Monday, March 20 for Wound Care and until 2:00pm on Wednesday, March 22 for Gloves and Antiseptics. If you are arriving outside of these days and times due to approved reasons, Debbie Stazak, Manager, Corporate Events and Tradeshows will communicate with you directly regarding transportation. If you are arriving early for leisure purposes, transportation will not be provided for you.

**Under no circumstances are you to have family/friends stay with you in your room during the scheduled meeting that you are attending:

Wound Care: Between 3:00pm Monday, March 20^th – 12pm Thursday, March 23^rd

Gloves and Antiseptics: Between 3:00pm Wednesday, March 22^nd and 12 pm Friday, March 24^th

SAHE, Clinical and Share Services: Between 3:00pm Monday, March 20^th – 12pm Friday, March 24^th

MEETING ARRIVALS

MONDAY, MARCH 20 ARRIVALS
Only approved attendees who have been asked to come in early for business purposes will be allowed to arrive prior to Monday (unless you are arriving for leisure purposes).

Wound Care, SAHE and Clinical attendees should plan to arrive in Nashville between 9am and 2pm on Monday, March 20^th. Wound Care general session will kick off at 3:30pm.
Please be advised that WC sales professionals will be assigned to two Product Competencies based on your flight schedule. Please watch your inbox for additional details from the Training Team.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22 ARRIVALS

Gloves and Antiseptics attendees should plan to arrive in Nashville between 9am and 2pm on Wednesday, March 22^nd . Gloves and Antiseptics general session will kick off at 3:00 pm.
Please be advised that Select Gloves sales professionals will be required to participate in a Gloves Bootcamp. Please watch your inbox for additional details from the Training Team

Ground transportation will be provided during this time frame from the Nashville International Airport.

MEETING DEPARTURES

THURSDAY, MARCH 23, 2023
Wound Care attendees can schedule their departures from the hotel on Thursday, March 23^rd at their leisure. Scheduled transportation will be provided based on your departure. However, please note that shuttles to the airport will not be provided after 4pm on Thursday, March 23^rd.

FRIDAY, MARCH 24, 2023
G&A attendees, and any of the attendees who are staying for the G&A Meeting will have transportation provided to the airport. You should not schedule your flights prior to 2:30pm. It is expected that you completely participate in Friday sessions, therefore anyone scheduling flights prior to 2:30pm will require your manager’s approval. Provided transportation to the airport will stop at 6pm. Departures required outside those windows will be your responsibility.

If you are extending your trip to Nashville for leisure purposes, transportation will not be provided and it will not be eligible for reimbursement.

VACATIONING PRE-EVENT OR POST-EVENT INFORMATION

If you plan on coming in early or extending your trip for leisure purposes, you will need to contact Debbie Cooke no later than Friday, February 3^rd. We can generally confirm the hotel's availability within 24 to 48 hours, not including weekends. Please note this is based on availability. The rate is $329 plus 15.25% tax and $2.50 per night city tax. You will be required to provide a credit card upon hotel check-in for this cost and for all incidentals.

Upon arrival at BNA, follow the directional signage to baggage claim. There will be a chauffeur/greeter waiting with a Mölnlycke sign to direct you toward the transportation pick-up location.

Driving to Nashville?

For those of you who are driving in to Nashville, please note that overnight parking is $48 plus tax. Your parking charges will appear on your hotel folio as an incidental charge. You can expense your parking charges through Concur.
